SEA SPRAY unit 25 is a dirty nasty room

PLease stay away from this unit/renter. My wife and I rented this unit from Ken on craigslist (what a mess) This unit (unit 25) is the most awful place my wife and newborn have ever been in. Should have got a full refund for this dump..infested with bugs. There is sever stains over the rugs. If you wear white socks they turn black. Nice place huh? I dont think this unit has been cleaned ever. Stay clear away from this unit / owner! Our newborn could not even touch the floor or anything in this dump. Spend so money and clean this dump up KEN!!!
