RCA 50" DLP Projection TV

In November I bought a-50" DLP Projection Television from WalMart in Elk Grove, California just for over $1,000.00 and bought a long guarantee.

In April, the light went. WalMart wouldn't take it whilst the 90-day return policy had terminated. I'd approached RCA many times but still don't possess a light. RCA delivered me paperwork to come back my faulty light. I named the title and quantity about the paperwork also it was another client awaiting a light.

RCA is having some problems, not to mention committing fraud. WalMart can't support me and all I'd like is just a working tv - obviously not RCA. We submitted a using the Better Business Buruea and simply obtained a phone from RCA declaring the can come and get it, but we'd not obtain a reimbursement for 4-6 months. Seems bad in my experience

This tv is for my parents whose health isn't that excellent and tv is their livilihood.

Any ideas?
