Inc. Ripoff, denied customer to speak with manager, rude, denied claim

I have had many problems with this company not answering emails to claims and taking forever to follow through.
Today is a different story in relation to customer service with this company.
I filed a claim on 11/12/03 still have not had a response from them per there form:

Please complete the attached claim form, forward your completed claim to claims@warrantyservice.com or fax it to 800-426-4571. Please allow us 48 hours to process your request.

So I called to talk to a customer representative on 11/17/03 7:30 am CST. I first called to talk to Rachel who told me they got my email and someone had emailed me back. I asked that the email be sent to me again she said she would do that.

I called back cause I hadn't got the email still this morning and talked to Barbara and she said it had been denied because it could have been prevented. I'm sorry a potty training two year old is not preventable she was very unpleasant and not helpful. I proceeded to ask for a manager and her response was it takes 48 hours to hear from one. I said I'm sorry I don't have 48 hours to wait on top of what time has already lapsed. I persisted on talking with a manager and she denied me again and said I can not talk to a manager. I have never never not been able to talk to a superior of a company. When you have a problem you should be able to speak to someone other than the rep.

I am just appalled at how I was treated at one point she put the phone down while I was on the phone and started typing like I was not there and then she told me I will not talk to a manager and I can sit on the phone as long as I want but she would not be getting a manager and I would not speak with one today. I just cannot believe Lazarus would recommend this company. Then to find out that this is common practice for them is unbelievable to me as to how many complaints they receive. David Dulimba is the customer service manager.

When I asked to have the presidents name the operator told me they cannot give out that information and I'd have to research the public records in my state. WHAT??!! Ok this company is terrible. I do plan on taking this as far as possible to have my furniture cleaned. I will be sending this to The Better Business Bureau and The FTC&Thank you
