Ripoff will not stand behind the warranty plan sold to me on my sofa

I purchased a sectional sofa from them 4/7/02. At that time they sold me a seven year warranty plan on each piece to the sectional. Last fall I called to place a claim. The back fabric and the metal strip used to hold it to the backs of the recleiner section of the Sofa were coming off. The person I spoke to asked me information about the date of purchase and what the sales slip number was things like this. I answered all her question with the proper information. She informed me that I would receive a claim form in the mail. I never did. She also said that a qualified professional technician would come out to my house for an inspection of the problem. They never did.
I have been calling every month to get some answers and they always ask me what my claim number is. I tell them I don't have a claim number because I never received a claim form. They tell me to go on the internet to claims@warrantyservice.com. But the web page never comes up.
I have gone to stainsafe.com as suggested by them but that doesn't have any information about claims. I finally got to talk to someone today that told me I had a claim and it was denied. She told me to go to denialdisbutes@stainsafe.com. I think it is another runaround.
