Phone still not working

To sum it up. After 13 days about 6 phone calls, and 4 visits from a technician. I still do not have a working phone. I have repeatdly been told they will be out today to fix it just to have someone not show up. Latest was today. Now the automated system which of course is all i can get on the phone tells me it will not be fixed until Thursday which is another 3 days away. The phone did work after the 3rd visit for about a week. Then after I complained that they left a mess with the wiring I noticed someone on the pole in the back yard and my service mysteriously did not work again.
