To hot to shop

We shopped 05/15/10 at the Sears store in Greenville, NC. I wanted to shop. Friends with us got in front door and sat outside in 80 degree weather instead of going in Sears. If the AC was broke a note on front door would of be nice but workers in there looking like they didn't want to be there and it so hot in there you can't shop is a little unbearible. I love Sears but something needs to be fixed, this is not the first time I've been in there and it has been that hot. Customers don't shop if they aren't comfortable. Thanks, Patrica C Waters
