Illegals, Dishonest, Rude used appliance store, STAY AWAY!

I purchased a used Refrigarator $350.00 cash only from these Clowns, and they charged a $20.00 delivery charge which I have no problem with, but upon arrival there was a woman driver and a child in the truck very unprofessional and 1 man to move the frige! No one spoke english, or so they said. As the only man who came was trying to get the fridge off the truck he dropped it on the ground. I tried to make them take it back but of course no one understood or spoke English, he dragged the frige in to the house, left it in the middle of my kitchen and took off, I thought he was going to get a tool or something out of the truck, my son said, "they are leaving! I ran out and yelled for them to come back and they did to put the frige where it goes, I couldn't move it! A couple of hours later saw it wasnt getting cold, called the # on the receipt, the lady answerd the phone i explaied the situation she said, "I drivin can't talk! And hangs up and never answers the phone again I tried for 3 days to call, NO ANSWER! So I looked in the yellow pages and found another #951 782-0803 called, explained my situation I got the run around for 2 weeks befor any one came out and thats because I had to call several times 30 days latter I noticed Big thick block of ice accumilating in the corner on the temp control I called and spoke to the owner (Robert) well he said he was the owner, explained the situation to him he says ok let me call you back but ever did. I called several times but could never get Robert back on the phone, no one could speak English I asked for Robert they say, he call you back to this day has not recieved a call from anyone!!! Very Bad Customer Service
