Told to Buy Service Contract to Fix Pavilion dv5 Webcam

Customer Service... What a joke

I asked for help on fixing my HP Pavilion DV5 laptop pre installed webcam after being passed from pillar to post for twenty minutes I was told I would need a service contract... Come on it's a generic fault with the laptop it's not anything I have done..

Don't waste your money... Never phone customer support..

I will never buy anything HP again
