I bought my first HP laptop from BEST BUY on 6/13. No problems until 7/7 when the backlight went out. Then on 5/22 the same thing happened. I just turned it on this morning 9/20 and the screen is black again... So now this is the 3rd time. After 4 months of fixing it, it goes out again. Every time I take it in, it takes at least 2-3 weeks to get it back. I guess I bought a LEMON. I am so dissappointed and asked about a replacement and was told that it is not considered a LEMON and I can't get a new laptop... Unless I want to pay for it. I am very frustrated.
