I have had horrible service from t-mobile for several years, with a phone that seldom works, customer service people that know little about their products and services and how to use them and they are often rude and uncaring. My phone only periodically works and often does not ring so I am unaware someone has called until a day or two later when a voicemail pops up. I would do better with two dixie cups and a string. I recently decided to change to a more reliable service and phone and decided to go to AT&T and an iphone 4. I changed and only had the service with t-mobile one more week before the change to AT&T. I just received my final bill from t-mobile and they charged me more for a weeks service than an entire month of service and they charged a one time cancellation fee of $50, for a total bill of $114.70. When I called the agent was unable to explain why a partial month cost more than a full month or what the one time cancellation fee was. I asked to speak to her manager and after being placed on hold for more than fifteen minutes, someone answered and demanded my full name and the last four digits of my social security number. When I asked for his name, he would only say Steven and refused to give his last name. He then was unable to answer how a weeks service cost more than a full months service and that the one time cancellation fee was because I terminated my contract one month early. I have no documentation so I am unable to prove that I got my Shadow three years ago, even though Steven says I got it 1 year and 11 months ago, so I have no recourse as to their illegal and fraudulent billing procedures, or the years of poor service. I only recommend that everyone seeking a cell phone does not go to t-mobile because you will be highly dissappointed in the quality of service, customer service and the lack thereof and their unreliable products.
