Slip and fall incident

I was shopping and something wet was on the floor, I was walking, when I sliped and fell next to 2 other customers. A worker which I did not get the name saw me and said: Be careful! I told him that the floor was wet with fruit juice or something, he walked away and sent Irma -another worker to whipe it off to whom I thanked and told that I fell. It happened about 1:20 in the afternoon. He did not offer to lift me up or to file an incident report, simply walked away. The other 2 customers that were there they told me to sue but the pain is felt 2 days later as when I realized that I was falling and held myself up holding to the cheese refrigerator that was next to me to get myself up. As Iam not medically insured and having pain in my knee, I would have appriciated an incident report filled out in case I would like to get a least an MRI to see if anything wrong with my right knee where the pain continues to feel.
