Abcircle Unreliable safety for knees

I recently ordered my Abcircle fitness product. I had it about 2 weeks and every time I used it, my knees would slip out. I follow the directions of the video and I did exactly how they did it. I thought that the comfort pads are suppose to support me and my knees. The comfort pad kept slipping out causing me to fall. On Saturday 12:50am, I decided to work out. That night I end up in the emergency room. My knees slipped out, but it happen so fast I could not catch myself. My knees bagged the floor so hard, all I seen was a big dent in my left knee. I was crying because of the pain. I was still on the ground my boyfriend had to help me get up because I could not even stand. The whole way to the hospital I felt this burning feeling in my left knee and it was swelling so fast. When I arrived they said I hit my knee really hard causing an contusion. A contusion is caused by a blunt injury. The black and Blue injury is caused by bleeding under the skin. Swelling and pain is one of the symptoms. It would take about 2 weeks for normal appearance and walking. I tried to go to work and my legs are swelling and had to bend as I am walking. Could not even work and my bills are already behind. If I force it to bend it hurts worse and the swelling increases. I can't even sleep comfortable for the past 3 days. Taking morphin for the pain, but it is really not helping. I never knew you can bruise up this bad.
Abcircle product is not safe at all. I am returning the item when I get money to pay for the return. Even though it hurt me, they can't even pay for the shipping back. They don't even care.
