Purchased a san disk map update on 2/21? 09 Val #: 1625-8329-5606-0971
On a recent vaction trip to New Orleans by car My navigation with the map update screen froze. Trying to correct the problem while driving I nearly swerved off the road. This problem happened five or six times before i removed the map update.
Yesterday Best Buy refused to take it back stating it is not returnable.
Had the clerk talk to the Manager of the store. She came back and said they couldn't take it back.
No where on the receipt does it say it's not returnable.
