Speeding trucker, Damaged windshield

06/30 i was traveling s, Bound Hwy 80 towards SanFrancisco. I was traveling at 70mph, Large deasol-big rig carrying heavy load earth mover equitment passed me doing well over speed limit aprox 75-80 mph continued unsafe lane changeno signals were displayed, after sudden lane change tuck was ahead of me in #1 lane throwing dirt, gravel rocks, however debries. Damaging my windshield, heavy pitted damaged. I proceed to contact driver by flagging him down. Damage occured between winters exit and raley blvd, driver stop t sholder and information was exchanged. Date of accident contact supervisor will 530-276-5054 transferedcomplaint to road hazard dept 1530-244-4849 530-2220810 Ralee informed damages will be repaired requet fax 2 estimates, obtained estimates phoned supervisor will of estimates, 07/02informed me his company is not going to repair windshield, Reason explined was the matter of how i flagged down driver to retain info. I can asshure you i always had safety first. Supervisor will informed me chp was notified, how ever i did nothing wrong they were wreckless an ther truck damaged my window, please helpme in putting this issue to rest
