MSI*SWUSA Crystal Vision
Was supposed to recieve an upgrade for 3DhomeArchitech but never got it and they are charging me for no reason!

As I was driving home from gassing up the car, this company called about my 3D Home Architect program and an upgrade for it. They said for 19.95, I could get an upgrade for it and being an idiot, I took the bait. They said they would leave an e-mail confirming my purchase but I never got one.

This was back beginning of May and they have charged me three times for that with the third charging being $49.95. I have no way of knowing this because I get no emails from them and I didn't find out until I got my bank statement. I want to know is where in their right mind do they get the idea that they can do this without contacting the consumer, Its just flat out wrong!
