Rip-off triple charged for upgrade

I placed an order for a $19.98 upgrade, they charged me $60. Without my requesting they 'upgraded' me to a $60 upgrade. I'm sure they only did it for my conveyance, and what's a tripling of the charge? Incidentally you learn of the charges on a confirming email, no before you submit the upgrade. How covenant. I wonder how many times an hour they do this?
