Appointment not scheduled

I called for an appointment on April 20th and was given a time from 12:00 to 4:00 on April 22nd. No one showed up or called and the lady who took my call DID put down the problem with my fridge but didn't make the appointment. I called on April 22nd at 4:50 to see what the problem and was and was told the appointment was not scedualed. The new appointment was made for today and the problem was taken care of.
The repaie man "Ron" was very efficiant and knew what he was doing. He was very helpful in answering my questions and he rates very high with me. Thank him for the care he gave. Viola Fels
