Work not done or finished

Not sure of date. But they had told me they would clean field lines and put a pump in gray water tank for between $1800.00 and $2200.00. They can out and pump out tanks and said I had remove a tree that was down to clean all lines so we did and they came back and didn't do anything but wanted the service call fee. And the work still is not done. I have called a number of time and he is out of town are he is sick. Then when I did talk to him he would be right out and it hads been over a week and he still have not came out to look the site over and do the work but they got their money. All I want is for the system to work proper for the money I paid for.
