Services Inc slumlord ripoff

These people are slumlords. I was buying a home from them on a rent to own contract.in the contract they said they would fix any problems with the house that existed before we moved into it that was a big lie! Not even a week after we moved in the septic tank started to back up into the bathtub. The owner Brent Weinsauer (I think that's how you spell it) said we would have to pay $100.00 to him to get it fixed but, when his employee showed up to fix it, he said that he had been fighting with this septic system the entire year before we moved in.

The septic system didn't work properly because the ground water was so high in that area, which was never disclosed in the contract. We fought with this company for almost a year to have a better septic system put in. Finally Brent sent out the same employee to see what he could do.in the process of digging up the septic tank he broke a pipe between the septic tank and the leach line tank making the system inoperable. To fix this problem he put a pump in the bottom of the tank, with a fire hose running off of it out our back fence into the drainage ditches in the area. Yes, they had us pump raw sewage into the ditches. It smelled terribly.

This went on for over a month. Finally we contacted the Department of Environmental Quality. They came out and looked at it and gave these slumlords 10 days to fix it. When Brent got the notice from the DEQ, He chose to evict us!!! Please, if anyone out there is thinking of doing business with this slumlord DON'T DO IT!!!
