I purchased a one month supply of HGH factor, and paid $107.90 including shipping and handling. The day that I recieved the package, I filled out a Return Merchandise form online and sent it in. After 2 phone calls and 3 days later I have still not recieved any reply to my request to return the merchandice. The website says "If you ordered Hgh Factor and tried it, but were not satisfied with the differences you saw, then we insist on returning your money." I want to return the product, but I can not get any one from the company to reply to my emails or phone calls.
