This company will sell you what they call a bookkeeping program and they say they have a 100% Ironclad Guarantee. When you expect them to honor this 100% Ironclad Guarantee they refuse. They try to give you all kinds of hoops to jump through to be allowed to return the merchandise. Even if the merchandise is still sealed in its original packaging. They tell you to continue to pay the bill and complete the course. Then request a return authorization number. Return the materials and then they will look over your work and then decide if they will issue you a refund and stop trying to collect from you. If they are not satisfied with what they see they will not allow you to return the product. This is a scam and a rip-off. I have stopped the payment to this company and I have told them I will be returning this merchandise to them and they threatened me that if I return the product to them they will return it back to me and charge me for the shipping. Do not do any business with this company or you will regret it.
