Miscellaneous

The offered a free 14 day trial of their product called Force Factor X180. I ordered the free trial and paid for $4.99 for postage. After trying the product, I did not like it. The following month, they shipped me a full months supply and billed my credit card $79.87 (I didn't realize that I was automatically enrolled into a monthly program). I called Force Factor and told them I did not want their product. They emailed a return shipping label which only contained my name and address as the shipper and thier name and address as the consignee with a RMA number. I mailed the item back to them with first calss postage as they requested. Then, they did not refund the money to my credit card. They claimed that they did not receive the product back - so I filed a dispute with my bank. Because I did not have a tracking number for the return item (I shipped it 1st class mail as they requested), I was denied a refund by my bank. I called Force Factor and spoke with a supervisor named Craig, operator #138, who proceeded to explain to me that because I filed a dispute with my bank, they would not refund my money. This is a fraudulent and a scam. While researching the internet about this company, I found multiple complaints just like my mine. This company needs to be investigated and stopped from cheating consumers. Please help.
