Used floor model furniture delivered as new march 8th

My wife and i purchased new furniture, and was delivered used floor model or returned goods. As i found a note under cushions stating to have coffee stains removed for sale. Also a broken glass. What was. New funiture replacement was delivered 3 months later. They made good on replacement but only after many trips and phone calls to store.
