District Furniture - Furniture District Furniture Ripoff took my cash and did not deliver the goods

I paid Zak Suleiman $4350 for furniture which should have been delivered in early March. It is now mid April and I have not received the furniture. The store nor Zak Suleiman will return my many calls. I've been by the store several times only to find a note stating to be patient. They are out on deliveries. Where is the justice?
