Cor Home Furnishings Outlet Ripoff Selling furniture they don't have and refusing to refund

On January 15th I've ordered Coffee table, bar table and 2 chairs from Dcor Home furnishings outlet in Harmon Cove Outlet Center Secaucus, NJ 07094 phone (201) 601-0030. The order had been paid in full. The sales person has told me, that furniture will be delivered to the store within 2 weeks. About one week later, I've received a phone call from the sales person who told me that bar table and chairs are no longer available and offered floor model at discount. I rejected the offer and asked to refund the money. Later I've received a phone call from the store manager, who insisted that I should take floor model. I refused again.

The manager then told me that he will try to locate this furniture in various warehouses and asked me to wait for 2 weeks.in mid February, I contacted the store asking about the status of the order and was told to wait for another week.in the end of February, I called again and was told by the store manager that he cannot fill the order because the model has been discontinued. I rejected his repeated offer to take floor model at discount. Store manager told me to come to the store to get a refund.

I came to the store on or about March 4th. Sales person Lynn has refused to refund the money without store manager authorization and offered to take floor model or different furniture. She connected me on the phone with a male, who identified himself as a manager', but didn't give me his name. He refused to refund the money and offered store credit. I rejected to take the credit. The merchandise that was sold to me was not available at the time of the purchase. The furniture that was offered to me as a substitute was not adequate to the one ordered: floor model was damaged.
