Dell sales rep ripped me off

I orderd a laptop from dell and the sales rep put a bunch of stuff on my computer that i didn't need such as a longer battery, which was 30$, a student office works which is 200$, a better sound system which is 30$ and a extended warrenty which he didn't tell me is 300.00 so something i thought was a 400.00$ computer turned out to cost me 1200.00$ and when i asked to have this extended warrenty removed they said they couldn't do that they said i can send it back and have them run my credit again for a different computer but i would have a problem because i would have points taken off and might not qualiffy if they would of told me the price for the warrenty i can garentee i wouldn't of got it the sales reps were rude and the lack of co oporation i got from the manenger all because the sales rep wanted more money on his pay he thougt i wouldn't notice, i have had the computer a month and have bin on the phone with them 2 weeks outta the 4 trying to get them to take the things off i never ordered and yet they refuse. So i told them i would be calling a lawyer and notifying the media and they said fine go ahead
