Charged for Supposedly Free Printer and Service Plus 27% Interest

I ordered a computer from Dell and every since it has been nothing but problems. First they told me for $699 I would get a computer, printer and free in home service warranty and no interest till then I get my bill I'm getting charged for the "free printer and in home warranty" then I get charged interest. 27%, I have called and E-mailed them 7 times they give me a run around tell me I'm wrong, and they refuse to help. I now have to pay $799 for the $699 computer plus interest. No one will help.
