Poor response to service call

I have a service contract for my dishwasher. It is vald. No disput. I called for surevice on April 7. They said 3 to 5 days for the part to come in. I am still waiting for the repait to be done. They service man was not being truthfull. After 4 weeks he came with a part but it was the wron color. Then he said three to 5 days for the right part to come in. Call after call did nothing. I heed this thing repaired as the contract states it should be.
