Failure to repair/billing practices

I place an alarm program in my own house. I had been never informed prior to the installment the program couldn't be properly used since I've 2 large dogs that will trigger the alarm. Additionally, without my authorization, the specialist hit a pit in a wall and went the cables underneath the rug before the entrance in to the home. I seldom used the alarm.in 11/08 ProtectOne understood the machine wasn't functioning. I wasn't informed.in 4/09 I discovered the machine wasn't functioning. No body arrived to repair it although I had been still spending the statement. I consequently ceased spending money on the support. Today ProtectionOne is treatening to deliver me into selection and adversely influence my credit score easily don't spend the total amount of the agreement - to get a program they understand doesn't function. I'd not suggest applying this compnay.
