I placed an initial order and requested LOW nicotine cartridges, i was told there was a backlog each time I called as I had not received my item even though the handling charges were posted to my credit card and since paid. The package finally arrived with HIGH nicotine cartridges, I called and they were supposed to replace them. After a couple of weeks and again from what they told me was backlog AGAIN and due to the fact that I was relocating out of state, I then had to cancel and return the free trial package. Both shipments I was told to return them as return receipt requested. Now this becomes my expense for their error. I re-ordered when I re-located, requested again LOW nicotine cartridges, I explained what happened the first time and told the individual to highlight LOW or circle it in red or whatever. Again due to "backlog" there was a delay in receiving my package. It finally did arrive with HIGH cartridges again. I call again, I was told they would send me 5 packages of LOW nicotine cartridges, I received in the mail i box with 5 cartridges of LOW nicotine cartridges. Now the website state very clearly "35 cartridges will be sent with the free trial! So I place another call, this time spoke to a supervisor who wanted me to return all the HIGH nicotine cartridges return receipt requested at MY expense for a THIRD TIME! This is ridiculous, first the packages arrived without the items I SPECIFICALLY requested. The ad states very clearly and succinctly 35 CARTRIDGES for the free trial. That is clearly misrepresentation, the fact that they would not honor what was advertised is fraud and misleading to the general public. I fully intend to report this to the Better Business Bureau and i STRONGLY advise anyone not to have any dealings with this company. They do not stand by their advertisements, and ABSOLUTELY do not cooperate for a problem that was clearly their fault. I now have to return everything once more as I cancelled any dealings with them and have to add yet again another expense of return receipt requested. If you want to deal with a company that stands by their advertisement, if fair and you want to receive what you order, PLEASE consider another company as I am doing.
