Request for Partial Refund of Cost of Weight Loss Program

I bought a package of items from this company to assist in weight loss—this included prepaying the following:$399 plan fees$320 for 2 sets of Vit B injections$480 for 48 fiber drink boxes$170 for Vit/Suppliments$26.50 for Vit B-12 liquid dropsWithin 45 days of taking some of the products above, I experienced severe stomach pain, and saw a gastroenterologist who determined thru testing that my gallbladder was not working and had to be removed. It was removed on 11/12/09. The doctor wrote a letter that I could no longer take the products purchased by MWL, so I submitted a refund request to them, per their instructions. I was finally given a small refund of $115.00 on 2/11. But, the problem is that I calculated a larger refund for the product that was NEVER given to me. I never received 1 full set of Vit B injections at $160, nor did I ever receive 36 boxes of fiber drinks at a cost of $360. Therefore, I am requesting a balance due of $405, which is cost of $520, listed above, less $115.00. I think this is very fair since they are keeping money for product NEVER received by me.

I have sent a second request on 2/23/10 for this additional refund request, left a phone message on 3/31/10, another on 4/21/10, then spoke to Stephanie on 4/27/10 and she indicated that she never received any messages nor the letter, and requested that I fax the letter, which I did on 4/27/10.

I fully expect a refund of product that I never received!
