Beware no guarentee but company doesn't tell you that ripoff

In July of last year I purchased the Simply Weight Loss product after hearing it advertised on our local radio station. I called the 800 number and purchased the $250 worth of "natural" weight loss product. I started taking it on a Thursday and by Monday I had broken out in a rash that itched so bad I could hardly stand it. I bought every OTC medication I could find for itching, but no relief.
I called Simply Weight Loss and asked them to fax me a copy of the ingredients and received a list of non-descriptive herbs that were supposedly used to make the products. They also advised me to stop taking the nightly doses and see if that helped.
By Thursday a week later I had to go to the doctor. My MD could not figure out what it was and referred me to a dermatoligst. I ended up having to have a biopsy and it was discovered I had an allergic reaction to a "chemical". Since I had changed nothing in my daily routine EXCEPT for the Simply Weight Loss, it was pretty clear that was the problem.
I tried numerous times to get them to refund my money, sent 2 letters, and finally I contacted the BBB of N. Carolina a few months ago. They inquired to Simply Weight Loss and it was decided that if I would send back the unused portion of the product they would refund my $250. Needless to say I had already thrown it all away. I sent copies of my medical bills and biopsy resports but have not heard anything since.
BEWARE if you are thinking about ordering Simply Weight Loss:
1. They DO NOT guarentee anything! Unlike almost 99% of all the other weight loss products on the market.
2. The product could possibly cause you to have an allergic reaction. My visits to the doctors cost me an additional $150.
3. There were 9 complaints listed with the BBB of N. Carolina basically for the same reason: No Guarantee, however their sales people NEVER mention this when you place an order!
