Child neglect/harassment

I was an employee for this company, and when i complained about being alone with about 37 kids, and i needed help, my concerns were ignored. My hours were cut, and i was treated unfairly because they did not want to hire anyone else. I was also harrassed on the phone by megan evans who told me i would suffer the consequences for complaining!!! This company also cares for special needs children and they would often disapear, and had to be looked for, not to mention the other kids in the back of the gym fighting and nobody there to control these issues! The list goes on.
