Deceitful, malicious unfair business practices in with Auto Bello Colllision

I want to make a complaint on deceitful, malicious unfair practices in which Auto Bello Colllision has done to myself the consumer Julia Causey-I had gotten into a car accident and was awaiting a tow truck to tow my vehicle on Friday 04/16 to Porsche Dealership in which I do my cars repairs thru them, When I called Porsche Dealership they informed me of the body shop where my car must go to first & where Porsche sends there vehicles at Exoticar auto body and paint works.

Well…… awaiting the tow to arrive I was approached by Hugo Gomez and offered me assistants since he explained that I could take my car to the body shop that he works at. I said no thank you and Hugo Gomez assured me that he worked for the body shop that Porsche sends there vehicles to. He informed me that they would rip me off.

I found out thru Hugo Gomez that if I take my car to his body shop he could repair it better then Porsche’s body shop. It sounded too good to be true - after driving my car to Auto Bello Collision & canceling the tow truck, Hugo Gomez offered me to pay him $800.00 and that he would let me keep $200.00 in my pocket and would draw up fake documents to my insurance company stating I would have paid him the $1,000 of my deductible - I felt cheated and did not want to do business with a company whom is not reputable and trying to scam myself and my insurance company.

I explained to them the reasons why I do not want to do business with them as they were deceitful in business practices. They tried to hold my car hostage as they would not release my car to Porsche auto body in which I had to call Auto Bello Collision 3 times to authorize the release of my vehicle. Porsche had called me 4 times to informed me that Auto Bello Collision had not gotten my proper authorizing to release my car, in which was not true and had talked to Hugo Gomez to release my car - Now they say they have to charge a storage fee and would not allow my car to leave - I offered to pay with a credit card of the amount they were requesting just to have my car removed from there body shop and to try to dispute this later. They said they do not accept credit card payments due to not having a credit card machine, I offered to pay with a check so I may have a paper trail and they refused saying I only could pay cash. I then informed them that they were not f Are not a reputable company I could trust - I had my insurance company tow my car out outo Bello Collision and had them pay the $400.00 to add it to my deductible. I do not want to do business with them and let my insurance adjuster deal with them. I want to make a complaint on the malicious, deceitful unlawful practices that was placed on me and want a full refund of the fees they are charging me of $400.00 due to not utilizing there company. If I was to stay with Auto Bello Collision what other deceitful malicious actions would have done to my vehicle
