Eceived an orderd portable hot tub from sportsstuff inc., 11213 E circle suite A, omaha nebraska

Ordered a portable hot tub.including a zip on cover. Received the product, used the product 3 times and the zipper that attached the cover to the tub, separated and would not zip the cover into place any longer. I reached the company and was told by erica in the service dept. (also the vice-president of the firm) who told me that there had never been a report of my problem and to just keep trying and it would work fine. It did not work and i called the company 3 more times and have received no satisfaction on my warrenty
