For all the Bad here is some good news

I want to tell you all what GREAT Service I received from Hugo at Auto Bello Collision.

1st Hugo the owner shakes your hand as you walk in to his place. Then he walks outside to look at the vehicle and then says come in make your self comfortable can I get you anything to drink. He walks you through the process of how they do things at their body shop. Then for me he called over to Enterprise which was right behind his office to get the file transferred from another office so I don't have to travel around town to drop off the rental car when the process is done. That was Monday

Tuesday he calls me to tell me my Insurance came out to re-inspect the truck and that he was going to get working on the repairs right away. I go by today Thursday to talk to him and just to peek at the truck (curiosity) and the truck looks like its brand new. Hugo takes time to talk to me he tells me how he does everything just" so" for the Insurance companies so they have no problems with his body shop. He shows me pictures he uses to document his work.

Hugo is the kind of person Vegas needs he not only does his job but he goes above and beyond to make one feel comfortable. While I was there I see they way he treats other customers' and they smile they entire time they are there. One guy came buy to give money to Hugo ahead of time cause he was so happy with the way things were working with his car. Come to find out this guy does engine restoration of Porches and Hugo’s' place does all his body work That tells me allot!

If you go there tell him Rob Mr. Rumble Bee referred you and you watch the service you will get. I went to 4 places and this guy blows them all away.

The Gal that complains was trying to cheat her Insurance Co. She says she is trying to get around the deductible. She is at the scene of the accident and notice she never talks about the other driver or their insurance. She is talking to Hugo about the Deductible RIGHT there at the scene of the accident. She got mad cause she got caught. Hugo probably tried to do her a favor.

Well HUGO! Keep up the good work I tip my hat to you and your crew.
