Wrong product bad service - Catalan download

Hi, I ordered Catalan Spanish course online but got standard spanish (Castillion)

Twice I contacted them through their customer service just to get a standard reply that I did get the Catalan course.

I don't think they even know the difference!
As yet not offering a refund or admitting they have got it wrong.
Also spanish course I got was over 20 years old US foreign course
