Failure to deliver promised refund/credit

On 02/01/10, I took my Sony laptop to Sony's Backstage Sony Style Dallas Galleria location for repair. I was told that there would be a $99.99 diagnostic fee which would be refunded/credited if I elected to proceed with the actual repairs. I did in fact authorize them to proceed with the repairs which were accomplished and the laptop was returned to me. However, I did not and have not received the $99.99 refund/credit. I have had NUMEROUS telephone conversations with Sony customer service at 800 920-7669 speaking with Paul, Jacob, and Kathy all of whom told me that a refund check had been authorized and was processed on March 2. I still haven't received the refund chedk. Yesterday (02/15/10), Paul told me that he would send me an email to let me know when the cvheck had been mailed. He did not. Today 02/16/10), Kathy was to get back to me by phone and has not. I called the store manager, Rod, today and have not heard back from him either. All I get is a big run around about a check that was supposedly processed TWO WEEKS ago. The laptop had to be sent back a second time because the first time they replaced the motherboard to the tune of some $700 and then the found out the problem was with a video card. I will definitely never send something to Sony for repair again and probably will no longer purchase Sony products.
