Sony wount fix it

We bought a hdtv from best buy in dec we started to have problems in feb. 2010 we had a part replaced then anouther problem the second problem happned an the repair man came again an we were told he couldnt fix it an to contact sony for a new tv. Then the real problems started sony has ben telling us thell send a the repair man and take the matter under review an call us back in 72 hours. We have ben told this 3 times in the last mouth an no phone call an oure 1400 tv still dosent work an now the part we had replaced is broke again. The repair man has told sony that the tv is unfixable We have asked for a replacement or a refund but all we get is the run around. We dont know what else to do or how to get it fixed
