Laptop Overheated and Crashed Two Months After Purchase

Sony sold me a Sony laptop in July of 08. Two months later it had completely crashed. I called Sony Repair about the issue, only to be told that it is "normal" for this to happen and that they will repair it, if I pay for it. Although it was still under warranty and I still had my receipt. I lost $800 for a worthless laptop, and learned the hard way. Do not buy "anything" made by Sony! Not to mention that the keyboard was falling apart the first day.
