Credit report shows $1,625 utility bill that is not mine

I Dennis, was looking at my credit report and found a bill from P.G.E. That was not mine, my girl friend put a bill in my name, I called P. G&E asked them about acc.#4408258817-7 they told me that the bill was not mine, so I couldn't inquire about it, I then ask them to send me a letter stating that it was not mine, they said they could not do it the bill is a total of 1,625 they also told me the meter was broken, would like them to get this bill off my credit report
