Unexplained charges and a very large bill

My electric bill for one month is 460.00! We are very conservative on our electric use due to the fact we are on a very tight budget. So looking at my bill my actual electric usage isn't very much its all the other bogus add on charges that Pacific Power had decided to add to there bill. I did call to ask about the charges only to find out that the representative working for Pacific Power couldn't tell me exactly what they were for either. She kept pushing me to call another company for bill pay assistance. I dont feel it is fair for bill assistance companies to have to pay for Pacific Powers charges either. Its really unfair people have no other choice to have to pay whatever the bill says you have to pay (we need there electric services) but they themselves can't explain there own charges. $149.00 for a delivery charge. What did they deliver? The power was already on. No one even had to come out here. Supply energy block #1... $54.00 supply energy block #2... $213.00... What is this? Public purpose $12.91... Low income assistance 0.88 (Oregon doesn't even offer low income assistance programs) JC Boyle Dam removal $1.30 Copco & Iron Gate Dams removal $3.99. Why are we being charged for dam removals? The dams are no where near where I live why do they effect my electric bill?

Something needs to be done about this. People can not afford to just pay whatever Pacific Power makes up and puts on there bills to charge people. These charges should be reviewed. Please quit stealing money from us with bogus charges just because you know we have no other choice but to pay them. My bill for one month is more than I pay for rent. I'm disabled with 4 small children. I literally only get 800.00 a month to live on. I can not pay this bill. I don't know what to do. I've never had a electric bill over 100.00 at the most. This is my first month with Pacific Power. I didn't have a deposit with them. This is all charges for there Bill.
