I was scammed by your FWM Laboratories on November12. I had a pop up on my computer stating I would get a free gift for doing a short survey. Just pay shipping and handling, so I did. December my bank informs me I am overdrawn, why because they took out another $172.84 that I did not authorize. CeCe at fwm labs is very rude probably because she gets these calls every day from people like me who were scammed. All she says is look at the terms and conditions. Why isn't it on the page in plain english where you put your credit card info. I even returned the second shipment to them with the rma# from there rep and now I'm told I cant get that money back either. I filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs, BBB of Southeast Florida and the Division of Consumer services (complaint # 65024) They have 6,651 complaints with the BBB. This company is lying to people everyday. I will do whatever it takes to get my money back. I also am going to have investigated additional charges from Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Net Detective and a upgrade on net detective. These charges appeared the next day after they used my card info. I want to find out if it was there employees. I had to close that bank account.
