I took a bus 12 days ago to Kens Cars and asked if we are trying to pay off the Van on the 4th of March do we need to make a payment today due 16 Feb. He owner Ken said no. We had our Van repoed last night Ken said I know I promised, but I have a person who will pay cash now for this Van now. When the repo man came he was willing to wait until we paid 150. And Ken cleared the matter. Ken said via phone this would cost you 450. For the repo. We have the money for the payment on one of our credit cards and was there when payment was due this is an attempt to break contract Ken should have agree to take payment offered and not get out of this written agreement in this way. We are filling small claims today, and paid and suffering harassment etc.
