Title Max
Strikes Again, "A New Low"

Title Max repoed my sons car before the payment date. We were home when they came to get the car. We knew the payment was not due but ask what monies were needed to keep the car. Title Max represenitive told us to go to the office and pay the payment and they would NOT repo the car. We went to the office within 10 min. To do so but after we got there they would not accept the payment.

By the time we got back home 10 min. Later the car was gone. They would not tell us where the car was as to get personal belongings out. They said they would put everything into a GARBAGE bag and we could pick it up at the office. They were informed of the repo laws in Alabama and told NOT to remove the belongings but did it anyway.

When we went to see what they had put in the bag there were things missing "expensive" things and also things there that were not ours. When asked why they repoed the car they said it had been rumored that my son may file chaper 7. When told they could not do that, they said that if we did not like the way they did business then TOO BAD, and were ask to leave. Why are they allowed to operate in this manner?
