Top ten reasons to burn your money rather than giving it to these theives!

1-Misleading "special offer" retracted after one day-person making offer had quit (right)
2-money deducted immediately yet equipment took awhile to arrive even though I paid shipping
3-stated clearly they needed to install-they NEVER stated they didn't have an installer!
4-spent over $200 out of pocket to hire an installer with 34 years of electronic and satellite experience. He could not install "easy to install equipment".
5-terrible customer service especially from Rhonda. That is if you weren't on hold forever.
6-senior installer also quit company after claiming he did 2000 telephone installs
7-billed for two additional months of service (eventually refunded) never had service for even one day.
8-wasted cell phone minutes on hold and trying to get install done-out additional money
9-total expenditure close to $400 plus countless hours of aggravation-total refund less than $58.
10-they didn't even pay for return postage
