Dont take your car to D & D collision, youll just waste time and money, and then get attitudes from everyone there on top of that. Take your time and read this before you think about taking your car there.

I recently go into 2 auto accidents and State Farm Insurance told me to try this place... Well, ive had to go back a couple times for the work they didnt complete right the 1st time, and its still not done right... Not even half a year old paint on my fenders coming off already... And the parts they used to repair it were cheap, poorly made parts.

Now, on top of them not getting the body work done right, i had them fix my power window on my drivers side window front 1 year and half a month ago... Well, it just went out again... 2nd time since i had them repair it. It went out the 1st time a month or 2 after they fixed it, then the 2nd time it went out, they said "the warrantys only good for a year so now that im a few weeks over, its not covered"... So youre repairs are good for just over a year???

Then it took them 6 hours to come in and finally inform me they arent even going to be able to do anything about my window... Me and my girlfriend sat inside their store for hours... Nobody said a word to us for that amount of time...

Well, my paint needs redone where they painted, and i need some new parts already, and its covered under their "lifetime" warranty, but i dont even want their free work. I wouldnt take my car there if they paid me to.

Then, the icing on the cake... When i recently took it there to have them look at my front window, they got hot while they were looking at it, and did something about it... They removed some parts in my doors so they could roll my windows down (drivers side front and rear didnt roll down)... Now while im driving my window just drop down in the door... Thanks Guys, I Love Having To Pull Over In The Rain To Pull My Window Up...
And when i went back in and told you about it, the lady at the front desk all of sudden acted like she didnt know who i was??? Im the guy thats been sitting in front of you for 6 hours... She got rude with me and started rollin her eyes and it took her 45 mins. To get ahold of a manager to come out... Look at my car... Drive it to the back... And bring it back out front with tape holding my windows up.

I hate to sound like im mean, or a picky whiner or something. But I thought you'd be a little bit better than you were
