Cpa Disaster Kits
As a popup add and I purchased 1 (one) disaster kit as a gift for answering a questionair about the website I was on. The cost was $1.00 with s/h $3.99 charged to my credit card 1/12 and then on

Miscellaneous

1/12 I purchased a disaster kit as a gift for answering a questionair on the website I was on (it was a popup ad). My credit card was charged $1.00 for the kit and $3.99 for shipping and handling.

When I made the purchase there was no Disclamers saying I was obligated to purchase anything else. I made a copy of the purchase page but threw it away after the kits were paid for on the credit card. Since there was no other kits purchased I didn't expect to have another charge from this company. I have called the phone# on the bill, but all I get is a busy signal or the voicemail.

I need to know what steps I should take since I haven't made any further purchases. How can I get my money back and get out of this scam? How can we keep these jerks from taking advantage of other inocent online users? Please help me by stopping these scummy scamers!
