Avoid this company! Charged my credit card but didn't deliver the gift card I purchased

I purchased a $100 Bloomingdales gift card from Friendgiftr.com on 12/14. Friendgiftr charged me $101.95 (including shipping) for the gift card immediately after I made the purchase on 12/14. It's now 1/6 and I've NOT received the gift card. I've tried emailing their customer service several times but they haven't not responded.
