Overcharged for vehicle and lied to about qualification for 2.9% interest rate to purchase vehicle

Pushed into a Lease which I was completely uncomfortable with. I was told I did not qualify for the special 2.9% financing that was being offered. Sales manager said you had to have a credit score in the 800 range to qualify. I later found when my husband bought a Subaru at another dealer and he got the 2.9% financing that you only need a credit rating of 700 for tier one which I had. I would never have leased if I could get the 2.9% rate.

Sales Manager said a $1000.00 incentive would be given to me towards the purchase of the vehicle. He said normally this would go to the dealership for selling the vehicle but he would give this to me to make the deal. This did not show up in the paper work with the finance officer and he said not to worry though because it was in there. It was not.

Said I could get 16000/year mileage a year for lease but the highest offered is only 15000/year. Said I could put down $2000 and he would put in the $1000 incentive but when I received the proposal / write up it only had me paying $3000 down.

Would not show me where my $3000.00 down payment was going. Said it was put in to pay down the lease payment but the payment was still higher than it should be.??

Inflated the price of the car by about $2000.00 over the sticker.

Salesman said I would be getting Starbucks/Burger King coupons gift certificates for the purchase but never received them.

Made me and my husband wait around at the dealership til around closing time to do the paperwork to push the deal and hide their lies as they were turning out the lights and locking up the building.
